Software Awareness Programme at Navodaya Institute of Technology, Raichur
Navodaya Institute of Technology (NIT), Raichur, organized a Software Awareness Programme on 22nd January 2026, aimed at enhancing technical knowledge and skill development among IT & Automation PU students from Manvi. The programme was conducted at the NIT campus and surrounding areas with active participation from students and staff.
A total of 65 participants (50 students and 15 staff members) attended the programme, demonstrating enthusiasm toward learning modern software technologies and automation concepts. The event was coordinated by Mr. Dinesh Kumar K G, ensuring smooth execution and effective engagement.
The programme was led under the guidance of Dr. M V Mallikarjuna, Principal of Navodaya Institute of Technology, who emphasized the significant role of engineers in shaping society and contributing to national development.
Additionally, Dr. Satlin M, Head & Professor, Department of Computer Science, served as the Project Coordinator and provided valuable insights into software skills, automation technologies, and career opportunities in the IT sector.
