• Receive and address grievances from students, staff, faculty, and parents.
• Deal with complaints related to admissions, examinations, infrastructure, teaching, evaluation, harassment, etc.
• Provide a fair, impartial, and speedy redressal mechanism.
• Maintain confidentiality and transparency in proceedings.
• Submit periodic reports to Governing Body.
• Facilitate the use of the AICTE Student Grievance Redressal Portal (online system).

2. Acknowledgement issued to complainant.
3. Complaint reviewed by the Cell.
4. Hearing conducted (if required).
5. Recommendation submitted to Head of Institution.
6. Action taken communicated to complainant.
