• To prepare the annual budget estimates of the College.
• To scrutinize income, expenditure, and resource mobilization.
• To monitor the utilization of funds received from UGC, AICTE, Government, and other funding agencies.
• To make recommendations on financial policies, fees, salaries, and expenditures.
• To advise the Governing Body on all financial matters.
• To ensure proper maintenance of accounts and compliance with audit requirements.
1. Annual budget proposals prepared by administration.
2. Finance Committee meets to review and finalize recommendations.
3. Recommendations placed before the Governing Body for approval.
4. Implementation by institution after Governing Body approval.
5. Periodic review of expenditure and resource utilization.
